Will we get great reviews today? We don’t know.

When you sign up with a reputable company to collect and publish customer reviews (and we do), then something quite scary happens.
You put your reputation in the hands of the people who buy your products.
You accept that some of those reviews won’t be telling you how great you are.
You find out that it’s often easy to criticise than give a glowing report.
But you also get a very quick lesson in how to make your customers happy. Because when you are told what could be better, you can put things right.
To get five stars as an online business, you need to respond to customer enquiries as fast as a high street retailer.
You have to describe your products accurately, so that there is no disappointment when they arrive.
And, it seems, you even have to have a charming and helpful delivery driver, who checks that your furniture is in pristine condition before leaving.
What’s more, you have to do this every single day.
So, do we?
Just check our reviews on our website. Or go over to our Etsy store, which is frequently awarded with Star Seller status. Read what everyone is saying.
We don’t vet the reviews. They’re collected by an independent third party. And we don’t only show the good ones.
Fingers crossed for today.
